We supply commercial and residential HVAC markets across Canada with high quality steam and water boilers, gas burners, controls, and boiler room accessories. Our company is currently seeking an ambitious, hardworking and service focused individual to join our team of Technical Sales Specialists. The successful candidate will work out of our Mississauga office and will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with clients and performing sales related administrative duties. We are looking for an individual with B2B customer service experience, a positive personality and a strong familiarity with commercial and industrial heating products.

* Please note, that this is an Outside Sales position.


  • Serve as a customer advocate and point of contact for clients
  • Answer customer’s inquiries related to equipment, parts, and service via e-mail and on the phone
  • Provide equipment, parts and service quotes and estimates, along with technical documentation, to new and existing customers
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations, resolving issues and concerns and act as a liaison between customers and the office staff
  • Monitor Bid Websites for newly posted projects, identify prospects and opportunities
  • Consult with clients to obtain more information, understand needs and advise on the most appropriate solution
  • Track and follow up on previously submitted quotes and project budgets
  • Negotiate terms with clients by following policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Seek out new business opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned


  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B inside or outside sales experience is required – experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, persistent, motivated, coachable, and curious with a desire to learn something new every day
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat (or similar) on Windows platform is a must
  • QuickBooks experience will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of government regulations and industry practices (i.e. TSSA, CSA, ESA, etc.) will be considered an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical and electrical) will be considered an asset
  • Well organized and able to prioritize
  • Ability to solve problems, offer solutions, and make decisions independently
  • Candidates must have access to a car and possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Occasional overnight travel within Canada and to the US will be required
